Premier Care Physiotherapy is an approved provider for Extended Health Insurance and Ontario Auto Insurers. Not sure if you are covered? Give us a call and we will direct you to the appropriate resources to find out. Below are some of the insurance companies that we deal with. Some of these companies accept direct billing.

WORKPLACE SAFETY & INSURANCE BOARD (WSIB)

The workplace safety and Insurance Board is an independent agency of the Ministry of Labour in Ontario responsible for providing workers’ compensation to Ontario workers and no-fault insurance for Ontario’s employers. We will submit a proposed Program of Care to WSIB and upon approval of your claim and your treatment plan bill WSIB directly.

AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANIES

If you have been injured in an auto accident you have the right to chose Premier Care Physiotherapy as your healthcare provider. After your initial assessment, we will submit a proposed treatment plan to your insurance company. We will always invoice your auto insurer directly. There will be no out of pocket expense for the client.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLANS

Some clients have extended health insurance with their employers. Premier Care Physiotherapy will discuss with the client the coverage and help them get the best use of their available coverage.

Many patients are not covered by insurance and pay us directly.

Physiotherapy fees qualify as a medical expense for income tax purposes and are tax free.
