Our Team

Ali Zareh PT, DPT, MScPT, CGIMS

Ali is a highly qualified and very experienced physiotherapist. He has been practicing physiotherapy for the past 20 years. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science and a master degree in physical therapy. He also holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Andrews University in Michigan, USA.

Ali has completed a postgraduate program in advanced musculoskeletal physical therapy in Toronto. He has also completed a medical acupuncture program with McMaster University.  Ali is a cerificant of the Gunn ntramuscular stimulation program from University of British Columbia in Vancouver and is an active member of The Canadian Institute for the study and treatment of pain.

Ali is a very passionate physiotherapist and loves working with people. His areas of clinical interest are orthopaedic physiotherapy, sport injuries, chronic pain and post-op rehabilitation of ligaments and joint arthroplasty.

 

Mary Kazem PT, MSc, BScPT

Mary has been practicing physiotherapy since 1990. She holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Physiotherapy.  She has extensive experience in different physiotherapy setting including private practice, hospitals and working with seniors. She has an extensive range of expertise; working in several areas, including; Orthopaedics, Neurology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics and Pelvic Health physiotherapy. Mary strongly believes that treatment should be evidence based and patient centered. Her treatments consist of manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education.

Mary is a very dedicated physiotherapist and very passionate toward her work. Mary has special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and Orthopaedic physiotherapy cases.

Mary enjoys treating common pelvic floor conditions including pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic organs pain, and urinary incontinence. Mary has also experience working with women both pre-natal and post partum to ensure a healthy pelvic floor both before and after giving birth.

 

 

Dr. Fardin Maleki, D.C.

Dr. Maleki is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a member of both the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and worked as a Medical Doctor for many years overseas before moving to Canada.

As a Chiropractor and Medic, he has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of a wide range of medical conditions – carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder condition, low back pain, neck pain, headaches and extremity discomfort.

Dr. Maleki also treats work-related injuries, injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, sports and many other types of injuries. He combines excellent hands-on techniques, including  joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue technique and physiotherapy procedures to help patients accelerate recovery or maintain good health, whether due to a recent injury, chronic pain, or no symptoms at all, regardless of age and condition. Dr. Maleki’s goal is to help his patients restore and maintain a pain-free and healthy body.

 

Tiffany Tsui BSc Kin., Exercise Therapist

Tiffany graduated from The University of Waterloo in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Gerontology. She has worked in various clinical settings and in the community conducting exercise and balance classes in retirement homes.

Tiffany has worked along Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths and other Kinesiologists to help patients achieve their goals and facilitate a safe return to life and work activities. She believes that optimal results come from a perfect blend of passive rehabilitation and progressive exercise therapy, individualized to each person, prescribed with a smile! She hopes that her optimistic and energetic personality will assist you in your road to healthy living through education, exercise and motivation.

 

 

Maryam Zarazvand, Exercise Therapist

Maryam graduated from York University with Honours in Kinesiology and Health Studies. She has always been interested in biomechanics, physiology and anatomy of the human body. She has been involved in many sports teams such as basketball and soccer and understands that physical activity is a must in order to stay healthy and happy.

She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and aims to help people to improve their health and fitness.

Maryam has worked among many health professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors and personal trainers to assist patients achieve their goals and be able to improve their lifestyles. She loves to learn something new every day to improve her quality of career and is passionate in working in the health industry.

 

Jacky Lee RMT

Jacky has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 4 years and received his training from Bryan College in Toronto. Jacky has extensive training in soft tissue manipulation, spinal alignment, and neuromuscular therapy. Jacky has a strong focus in pain management and musculoskeletal disorders. With each session, he applies a depth of medical and clinical knowledge to seek the underlying causes of pain and discomfort.

Following a physical assessment and he incorporates various techniques into a massage treatment such as deep tissue, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, remedial exercises and self-care. Jacky is a firm believer that everyone should experience massage therapy and that the benefits of massage extends beyond pain relief. He is passionate about health and finds fulfillment in helping others attain a stronger, pain-free life.

 

Devorah Eisenman, B.H.K., RMT

Devorah became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2006 and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with Honours in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor in 1990, where she assisted with massage techniques as a student volunteer for the University of Windsor Track and Field Team. She has also completed the Fitness Leadership Certificate Program at Seneca College (1997).

Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilizations, as well as General Swedish Massage techniques, include some of the modalities she may incorporate to treat specific issues/conditions that a client may present with, to facilitate their optimal care and healing.
